How Do I Cure My Immune System?

our-immune-system-protects-usWhen we’re talking about major illness, their links to immune deficiency cannot be overlooked. Immune disorders are a growing concern that are often the forerunner of more serious problems such as cancer, diabetes, obesity and autoimmune disease. Understanding how your immune system works is essential to your overall health and vitality and there is much you can personally do to strengthen and maintain it, one step at a time.

What Is Health?

and why does it seem less people these days seem to really have it?

Health is a state that has all aspects of your being functioning well and  in harmony. It’s no secret. Yet 95% of people rarely experience this due to many unseen effects of poor habits (of various kinds) that  place growing pressure on their autoimmune function.

How Do I Boost My Immune System?

A healthy immune function is vital to well being and is the “engine room” of your inner health and your greatest protector and ally against harmful disease – but only if you look after it. When illness develops that is the time you need your immunity to come to the rescue. So make sure you take care of it in return. Here are some simple suggestions:

  • Quality foodsimprove-immune-system and remedies are important – go as organic, fresh and as local as possible.
  •  Treat yourself well with positive attitudes of mind and regular amounts of physical exercise that you can handle. Having a positive and fun attitude has been proven as a major reason of recovery from illness.
  • Avoid foods that contain sugar, artificial sweeteners, preservatives,  additives, artificial coloring and flavors (yes, it can be done).
  • Avoid processed foods as much as possible as these have virtually no nutrition and can often contain residues of harmful material.
  • Exercise- even just a little, regularly and in a way that you can enjoy it. It shouldn’t be a chore.
  • Stretch as much and as regularly as possible – including breathing exercises.
  • Surround yourself with positive, attitudes, books,  environments and people that support health.
  • Have a health systems diagnosis check regularly to help keep you informed and on top of any potential problems.
  • Seek remedies that will have little to no side effects (this is important).  Too many have been spared one issue by remedies only to develop another (and sometimes bigger) issue somewhere else.
  • Improve yourself regularly.  Self confidence is  a great immune boost  – and it doesn’t have to be a mammoth task.

The truth is that ultimately, you are responsible for your own health and it is important to develop simple yet effective habits that keep you feeling and being at your best. You can do it! And that’s a fact.
